Using your electronic calendar (e.g. Google calendar and gmail):
- set up a repeating meeting (for you only), at times of the day/week/month/year when you want to send yourself a helpful message; e.g. a positive message, a reminder of a possible situation, actions to take if certain situations have occured, etc...
- set up the meeting so that participants (you) are sent a reminder email; this will contain the title and detail of the meeting.
- check your email through the day, enabling you to read these helpful automatic reminders
- continue developing and improving your self-messages over time.
