Anyone suffering from a variety of mental health problems need constant support, advice, counselling, prompts and coping strategies. As depression and anxiety effect ever increasing numbers of people, what about an app, written in a kind & light hearted manner with a diverse collection of coping strategies for anyone suffering with their mental health.


CBT or mindfullness could be a good basis for some of these coping strategies, developed into small 'bite-size' learning packages, or just 'tap -here' for instant advice.
