The Ap would ask similar questions to those involved in a Health Trainer assessment e.g. smoking behaviour, physical activity, alcohol consumption, height/ weight/ BMI, mental wellbeing.
It would then provide feedback to the user and support them to identify areas in which they want to consider behaviour change.
It would then ask the user about their confidence and motivation to make this change and support ways in which these could be increased.
It would then support the user to make a plan, monitor the plan and send messages to motivate the user to keep to the plan.
It could also link to other aps depending on the change identified e.g. smoking aps, weight loss aps etc.
Finally it would review whether the user has made the desired behaviour change and this has lead to an improvement in the outcome.
