Quality of life (QOL) apps with email to your doctor of the scores. In my specialty (ENT surgery) for example post op care of nasal surgery , voice surgery really could be replaced with a validated QOL app (e.g snot22 or VHI10 for voice) and if you could send your QOL score at 3/12 post op that would obviate the need for routine outpatient appointments for example and also be an excellent audit tool.
