Self managing my health with tracking apps

I use tactio target weight to monitor my BMI and track my health, I also use weight watchers app to track my food type intake specifically with regards to sugar intake (insulin resistant) and I use Purine Food app to track the uric acid content of foods and foods that I should avoid. All of these really help me manage my health.

We are in the process of developing an app for Kent teenagers who are registered for a Kent 'C Card'. It's essentially a condom finder app - so it has an active map which tells you where you are and where you can find a free condom outlet near you (along with opening times, special requirements etc. as most of the outlets are chemists or youth clubs etc.).
