Self management strategies for Bipolar Disorder which are delivered over the Internet have a growing evidence base and so the next logical step would be to customise these to suit delivery via mobile phones and tablets which have distinct interface opportunities and restrictions. My App idea is to create a database of information relating to Mental Health, consisting of up-to-date information about prescribed medication e.g. side effects, doses and length of treatment. There would also be a Q&A menu that allows the user to explore their symptoms and get the right type of help when entering services.
