I use tactio target weight to monitor my BMI and track my health, I also use weight watchers app to track my food type intake specifically with regards to sugar intake (insulin resistant) and I use Purine Food app to track the uric acid content of foods and foods that I should avoid. All of these really help me manage my health.
Meditation oasis provide an app with themed meditations that I use frequently to destress. I also use the whitenoise app which is very useful for relaxing after stress and especially getting to sleep
