Finger Deformities in Dupuytren's - Do I need surgery?

iPhone app that allows patients to measure the degree of deformity at finger joints as occurs in conditions such as Dupuytren's disease (where contractures cause the fingers to flex into the palm). This would empower patients in the management of their condition, guide self-referral for surgical treatment at the appropriate time and allow follow up of outcomes after surgical intervention.
