I would love to see more people being given the freedom to have key healthcare services like chemotherapy and end of life care in their own home. Healthcare at Home have a team of dedicated nurses going to people's homes, giving them high quality clinical care, as well the friendly, personalised service they need at a time when they are most vulnerable. Survivorship App

An App for patients who have completed cancer treatments - chemotherapy, radiotherapy etc and who now need to focus on getting back to maximum health. Would advise on general weight control, getting fit, watching alcohol intake and dietary advice. Could be downloaded from national cancer sites and linked to particular tumour diagnoses. This mobile phone app has been developed by oncologists working with engineers at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering in Oxford ( http://www.ibme.ox.ac.uk ), together with a spin-out company, t+ Medical.
