MyChild - Childhood Immunisation Information & Reminder service

The app provides you with an immunisation schedule for your child based on their date of birth and inserts these into your calendar. The service builds on that available on NHS Choices and will give you information about the immunisations that your child is eligible for so that parents can make an informed decision aside from what they read in the press. Following a series of questions, the app will alert you if you are eligible for the NHS Health Check service which helps prevent help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease. Immunisation records for NHS staff

Immunisation records for NHS staff (which would cover childhood vaccination histories as well). Many NHS staff work in different NHS Trusts and on commencement of each employment they are required to submit evidence of their immunisation history.
