Use software in mobile phone system to track changes in a client's - tone of voice, - regularity and speed of calling and texting, - even vocabulary usage, and thus recognise when their thought patterns are becoming abnormal, e.g. they may be entering a depressed ('flat'), anxious, angry, manic or psychotic phase.
