Most people know that they need to eat healthy foods and do physical activity to improve health. This app could be used for weight loss, smoking cessation or to cut back on alcohol. In November 2009 I started using myfitnesspal.com, a free online food and exercise tracker with a helpful app for iPhones and Android phones. I have lost 3 stone in weight by setting my weekly target at a lb per week.

Health Trainer Ap

The Ap would ask similar questions to those involved in a Health Trainer assessment e.g. smoking behaviour, physical activity, alcohol consumption, height/ weight/ BMI, mental wellbeing. It would then provide feedback to the user and support them to identify areas in which they want to consider behaviour change.
