In November 2009 I started using myfitnesspal.com, a free online food and exercise tracker with a helpful app for iPhones and Android phones. I have lost 3 stone in weight by setting my weekly target at a lb per week.
The Ap would ask similar questions to those involved in a Health Trainer assessment e.g. smoking behaviour, physical activity, alcohol consumption, height/ weight/ BMI, mental wellbeing.
