Patients can easily book appointments, order prescriptions, see summary information, view consultations they have had including all free text, see past medications, see their immunisation history, see blood test results and see letters including outpatient letters and results of scans and other tests that have been scanned into their medical records. Patients can easily book appointments, order prescriptions, see summary information, view consultations they have had including all free text, see past medications, see their immunisation history, see blood test results and see letters including outpatient letters and results of scans and other tests that have been scanned into their medical records. The records are linked to local Map of Medicine pathways (linked by the practice they are registered with to their local health community) which they can view and share with whom they like
