An interactive tool often used in coaching and counselling. It is a circle with 8 sections, where individuals can rate where they feel their circumstances are at. Sections include career, leisure, finance, friends and family etc. When going through a difficult patch in my life, it helps me with my stress management.
In November 2009 I started using myfitnesspal.com, a free online food and exercise tracker with a helpful app for iPhones and Android phones. I have lost 3 stone in weight by setting my weekly target at a lb per week.
